12/17/04 The CNRS and the University Victor Segalen - Bordeaux 2, co-holder of the patent covering the RNA production process, gave MitoProd SA the world wide exclusivity for the use of the technology on which the company is grounded, and thus for 20 years. The contract can potentially allow under-licensing rights. Financial conditions of this contract were adapted to the company development needs. They support the creation of endogenous value and are indexed on major strategic steps of MitoProd SA development. This step marks the end of the first development chapter of MitoProd SA and allows the beginning of the industrial and commercial activities of the company.
