10/26/04 MitoProd SA, a young Biotech company has just rounded up an increase in capital that raises it financial resources to 142 k€. This step allows the founding members relatives and supporting people to become shareholders of MitoProd. This first increase in capital is following the company foundation and reinforces its financial structure. It also reinforces its potential and optimizes the leverage effect that could be obtained through the public financial support. The MitoProd Team, recently strengthened by the recruitment of Patrick Perrin, former financial director of Flamel technologies is pursuing the company development in agreement with its strategic plan.
