the “MitoProd project”, the MitoProd Team is helped in its efforts and obtains
the means necessary for being able to change the MitoProd project into a

Bordeaux Unitec and Biotechnica, MitoProd is housed at Institut de Biochimie
et Génétique Cellulaires – CNRS – Bordeaux. MitoProd is developing a new
technology to produce in large scale and at low cost, customized Ribonucleic
Acids (RNA). This technology was invented and patented by Dr Jean-Paul di
Rago’s research team. The IRA agreement is completing the material and
financial supports of the ANVAR, the CNRS and the Victor Segalen Bordeaux 2
University that weights 225.000 €, by bringing a reimbursable funding of
45.000 €, that will allows the financing of studies required for setting going
of the company.
Ending of the current pilot studies, the development of the first
commercial partnerships and the constitution of the first financial
investments will mark the next steps of MitoProd growth.
