Increased RNAse
resistance:
The presence of hairpins at both extremities of the ciRNA® brings more
stability to the molecule, perventing the degradation of the RNA by
ribonucleases.
Increased efficiency:
ciRNA®s are recognized as a DICER substrate,
thus they will be more effective in vivo.
100% full length:
MitoProd patented technology for manufacturing enables the production of
100% full length RNA by avoiding errors during manufacturing
100% annealed:
The hairpins at both extremities enable the double-stranded ciRNA® to be
entirely annealed
Reduced off-target
effects:
Given that ciRNA®s are circular RNAs, they do not have extremities. Thus
off-target effects are reduced.
